IRONMAN is back!!

I've found a way to offer people the ability to play many different games without the game being completely dependant upon them. It consists of :

Heads up NLHE
PL Omaha
Limit HE
7 Card Stud
NLHE


All these games in one day for one $50 buy-in. The way it works is very simple.The first game is setup, seats are drawn, and each table plays for an amount of time; You record you chip totals and start the next event. New seats, new chips, new game. After the four events we total each events results, then we add a few more chips to everyone, and draw seats for the NLHE tournament. The rest plays out like any other tournament.

You can see that a diverse player can get a chip lead going into the NLHE. You could also get drawn out and busted four times and still win.

2007 GSOP Main Event

It's that time of year again. Time for the best structured one day tournament in Grand Rapids. This Saturday is the Main Event of the Grand Series of Poker. If you're serious about poker you don't want to miss this event. 1500 in starting chips, and 5-10 blinds to start that increase every 45 minutes. Last year we had 47 players and this year we're expecting a great turnout, a first place cash prize between $2500 and $4000 and a second place prize of over $1500.
